AC unit drain caused unit to shut off…quick excellent service on this one. same day (Monday). Hot water heater needed thermostat reset…not sure of how this condition came up but nice work fixing it once the tech arrived. As a note…The ticket was issued on a weekend and service was provided on Monday. Wish it could have been same day service with no hot water but overall satisfied. Thank you.
